Ingredients

Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic

Tomato paste

Canned crushed tomatoes

Dried oregano

Fresh basil

Salt and pepper

Shredded mozzarella

Instructions

1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

2. Sauté diced garlic in a saucepan for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown on medium heat.

3. Stir in tomato paste and let cook for approximately 2 minutes while continuing to stir.

4. Turn the heat to low and stir in crushed tomatoes.

5. Season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper and basil.

6. Sauté sliced onions in a pan with preferred cooking oil on medium heat for 5–7 minutes or until caramelized.

7. Top Oggi’s pizza crust with extra virgin olive oil, pizza sauce, caramelized onions, prosciutto, shredded mozzarella, and parmesan.

8. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

9. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

10. Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool down.

11. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
