Ingredients

Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Shredded mozzarella

Parmesan

Rapini

Sausage

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

2. Sauté sausage crumbles and rapini in a pan with preferred cooking oil on medium to high heat for approximately 15 minutes.

3. Top the pizza crust with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, shredded mozzarella, sausage crumbles, sautéed rapini, and parmesan.

4. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

6. Remove pizza out of the oven and let it cool down.

7. Top pizza with rosemary.

8. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
