Ingredients

Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Fresh mozzarella

Parmesan

4–6 thin slices of prosciutto (about 3 oz.)

Fresh arugula

Extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Fig jam (optional)

Instructions

1. Place balsamic vinegar in a small skillet or saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir frequently for about 7–10 minutes until it bubbles and reduces to a thick, syrup-like consistency. Set aside and let it cool.

2. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

3. Top the pizza dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sliced mozzarella cheese, and shredded parmesan. Fig jam can also be used along with the olive oil.

4. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

6. Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool down.

7. Top pizza with some more parmesan, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of your balsamic reduction.

8. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
