Ingredients

Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Mascarpone cheese

Mushrooms

Baby spinach

Fresh basil

Fresh mozzarella (3 oz.)

Shredded mozzarella

Red onions

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes

2. Top the pizza dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, mascarpone cheese, sliced mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, red onions, mushrooms, and baby spinach.

3. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

5. Remove pizza out of the oven and let it cool down.

6. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
