Ingredients

Oggi’s Award Winning Cauliflower Crust

Store bought pesto or your favorite homemade recipe

Fresh mozzarella (3 oz.)

Feta cheese

Onions

Tomatoes

Red pepper flakes

Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. Remove Oggi’s cauliflower crust from the freezer and let thaw for approximately 5–7 minutes.

2. Top the pizza dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

3. Spread pesto sauce across the Oggi pizza crust.

4. Top the pizza with sliced mozzarella, feta cheese, sliced tomatoes, and red onions.

5. Preheat the oven to 450° F.

6. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12–16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. The exact time will vary depending on your oven or cooking equipment.

7. Remove pizza out of the oven and let it cool down.

8. Top pizza with red pepper flakes.

9. Slice, serve and ENJOY!
